Team NCB Promotional Staff applications are currently not being accepted. However, if you have interest in the team and would like to join at a later date, you are more than welcome to read over the "About the Team" document (listed below) and contact us with questions at prostaff@natescustombaits.com. When reviewing applications, we look strongly towards individuals who have prior use and are familiar with NCB products. Additionally, we also look for team members who are passionate about the sport of fishing and have a positive presence within the community!
